Unity, a word that suggests characteristics of harmony and agreement, is the focus the Greater Saint John Church Music Ministry. The Mass Choir is a combination of several other choirs within the church. The sole purpose of the choir is to know Christ, and "to make Christ known". Because of this common objective, the choir sings God's praises and yoke removing gospel messages so that people will be changes forever.

Just as Paul asked the church at Corinth, according to 1 Corinthians 1:13, Greater Saint John's musical leaders ask, "Is Christ divided?" The overwhelming answer is "no". The Greater Saint John Mass Choir represents power in unity, not because of our own will, but because of God's will. So together, we sing to the glory of God and help God's people while singing.
